What you need to access online training
Our online training courses are designed to be accessible for everyone, so all you need is a reliable internet connection to access the SuperSchool learning platform.

Accepted payment methods
Payments can be made via credit card or EFT/bank transfer through a secure online payment processing facility.
By clicking the submit button on a course enrolment page, you will be taken to PayPal to complete the transaction. A tax invoice is supplied to your email address, and the transaction will be shown under the name SuperCool Asia Pacific Pty Ltd.

Your personalised certificate will be awarded on the successful completion of your chosen course. This is supplied as a PDF document and can be found in your online learning portal. It will display the name you used when you enrolled in the course.
If you have registered and paid for a course on behalf of an employee and you would like their name to be shown on the certificate instead, please contact us and let us know the trainee’s name.
This shareable PDF can be supplied to your employer, added to your resume or shared on your LinkedIn page or other social media profiles.
A hard copy can be supplied on request – please email us if you would like a copy posted to you.
